• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
• You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You are responsible for all transactions made through your Blinks
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Fees and Payments

Gold Digger charges a platform fee on successful transactions. Current fees are displayed in the application and may be updated from time to time with notice to users.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Gold Digger and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Gold Digger makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever.
